Mobotix Cameras

I am proud to be part of the CSS crew. We just became the only company in South Carolina to be certified Mobotix installers and repair shop. Mobotix cameras bring the best video quality available to the surveillance industry. They use state of art components and a technology that was only on dreams a few months ago. Visit them at www.mobotix.com or shoot me an email and I can help you if you have any questions. Please see below some pictures taken from this camera. Click on the image below for original size and quality.

Why does the picture of the boat have all those little boxes all over it?

The boxes are displayed on purpose but can be hidden They are the motion trigger boxes. Once an object fills over 15% of the box, the camera will start recording.

Do you mean that the boxes come on automatically because the camera sees motion, or that you set all those up to look for motion in those areas of the view?

You can do both. The windows are the areas that trigger motion. You can hide the boxes or expose them. You can also hide them and expose them when motion. If you look at the blog post of a Convenient Store in Rock Hill (http://www.josenoy.com/2009/06/security-cameras-at-convenient-store-in.html), you will see that the boxes are hidden but exposed when motion is seen. There is so much you can do with these cameras its incredible.
